Might as well share my newfound knowledge, right?
These smoothies are intended to be as highly caloric, fattening, and protein- and calcium-giving as possible, so....here we are.
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup rice milk
2 tablespoons smooth, salted almond butter
2 heaping scoops of full fat, good Greek yogurt, unsweetened
Apple juice to taste
Combine in blender and liquify until smooth (it'll take a while for that banana to get good and chopped up). Taste, and add apple juice as desired. Serves one hungry pregnant woman.
