All right then. Time to buckle down.

I cast on some Monkeys for my sister. (The sock aversion seems to have mostly passed, and these are very pleasant).

I finished Dashing for my father.

I finished Clapotis for my mother.
And I finished Textured Tunic for me!
I'm making a funny face there, but don't believe it. I love this sweater. I love the sexy little keyhole cutout that my hair is hiding, I love the fit even though the sleeves are a teensy bit too tight, I love the green buttons....I love it all. It's such a good, comfy-cozy yet still attractive sweater. And it's quick and easy-peasy. My goodness. It looks complicated, but it's really not. Very nice design. (If I were to modify it, though, I would probably have skipped the decreases in the arm entirely. And possibly moved down the textured band, so that it was positioned a little more perfectly over my boobs.)And....I confess.....I did play with the Rhinebeck yarn just a little:
Chartreuse, with a few drops of Ochre. Your screen is not messing with you, it really is that florescent. Hey, Winter's coming, and I just knit a bunch of very autumnal colors. Gotta brighten things up a bit.
